Beans 100 g
Poppy 40 g

Parsley 2 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the mashed potatoes with beans and poppy seeds recipe, soak the poppy seeds for 10 hours, then drain the water, squeeze and grind. Also soak the beans for 10 hours, and then boil until tender. Peel the potatoes, boil until cooked, and then grind.

Pour boiled beans, poppy seeds into hot mashed mashed potatoes and grind until puree or chop with a blender. To tovchanka add finely chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper and grind.
