Satsivi Sauce used in the preparation of meat and fish dishes. Satsivi is also used in poultry and vegetable recipes.

Recipe Ingredients

Walnut 500 g
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Coriander 1 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Clove 3-4 pcs
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Cilantro 1-2 bunch
Broth 100-150 ml

Cooking Recipe

For the satsivi sauce recipe, grind or twist the nuts in a meat grinder.

Grind spices and cilantro in a mortar with salt.

Combine the grated spices and ground nuts. Add a little broth and stir, satsivi sauce should turn out like a thin porridge.
