Sardines in Puff Pastry Recipe
For the sardine puff recipe, take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator beforehand if it is frozen. Remove the sardines from the jar and cut into halves, removing the backbone.
Roll out the defrosted puff pastry to a thickness of 0.5 cm, and then cut it into rectangles the size of half a sardine, approximately 3.5x5.5 cm.
