Cooking Recipe

The recipe for hot dog and fries on a stick is very simple. First, prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar, salt and gradually add flour to knead the dough. Cover the dough with cling film and set aside in a warm place for one hour or until the dough has doubled in size.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes with sides approximately 0.5 cm in size. Boil water in a saucepan, add the prepared potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. After draining the water, rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry with a kitchen towel. Add flour to potatoes and stir.

Thread the sausages on skewers and dip into the batter until it completely covers the sausages. Then cover the sausages with potatoes, then roll in breadcrumbs. You need to act quickly.

Pour about 5 cm of vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat. Place prepared hod dogs into heated oil and fry on all sides until golden brown . When serving, sprinkle with sugar, sauce and mustard.
