The recipe for zucchini pancakes with hot pepper is very simple. Wash the zucchini and grate it. Salt the grated zucchini, cover with film and set aside for 20 minutes.

When the zucchini releases juice, squeeze it well with your hands. Add eggs and white pepper to the zucchini and mix. Then add flour and mix well with a whisk or spoon.
