Sour cream and sweet pepper according to the Moldavian recipe. This dish is a wonderful appetizer for the festive table. If the sour cream is too thick, you can add a little water to the desired consistency.

For the sweet pepper in sour cream sauce recipe, you need to fry the washed pepper in a pan on all sides in heated vegetable oil under the lid. Allow pepper to cool, remove skin and seeds, cut pepper into segments.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add flour to the onion, and, without ceasing to stir, fry over low heat for no more than a minute.
Pour in sour cream, stir and bring to a boil. Add pepper, salt and simmer for 5-10 minutes. When serving sweet pepper in sour cream sauce, you can sprinkle with ground black pepper and herbs.
