Potatoes 500 g
Onion 500 g
Carrots 500 g
Cornmeal 200 g
Water 100 ml
Baking Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

Indian vegetable casserole is prepared as follows. Rinse vegetables, peel and cut into small cubes.

Mix flour with salt, pepper, baking powder and water.

Add vegetables to the batter, mix well.

Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with cornmeal. Put casserole into prepared pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 45 minutes.
