Banana Shake – an Indian drink made from a very ripe banana and milk. Banana shake is great as a light but very satisfying breakfast. In the summer heat, you can add a few pieces of ice to the cocktail.
Banana Shake Ingredients
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Milk 300-350 ml
- Vanilla ice cream 50 g
- Sugar 1,5 tbsp
- Almonds 10-12 pcs
- Cashews 20 pcs
Banana Shake Recipe
For the banana shake recipe, soak peeled almonds and cashews in warm water for 30 minutes.
After the nuts are dried and chopped in a blender.
Combine chopped nuts with cold milk, chopped bananas, ice cream and sugar. Shake everything in a shaker for 5 minutes.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with a slice of banana in a peel. If there is no shaker, you can beat with a mixer or blender. Serve banana shake cold.
