Soba noodles is a Japanese recipe, soba is served cold in summer with dipping sauce.

Cooking Recipe

For the soba noodles recipe, pour 2 liters of water into a deep saucepan, bring to a boil, and then lower the noodles into it. It is necessary to cook the noodles, stirring so that they do not stick together. When the water begins to boil, pour in 50 ml of cold water to lower the temperature, and so on twice. After cooking the noodles for another 5 minutes.

Ready noodles should be soft, but not sour. When the noodles are cooked, put them on a sieve and rinse thoroughly under running cold water. Let the water drain and transfer to serving cups.

On top of noodles put toasted and cut into strips of nori and also cut into strips of lemon zest. Serve soba noodles with dipping sauce and wasabi.
