Mustard potatoes – German cuisine recipe, potatoes can be served as a side dish or as a warm salad. These potatoes go well with sausages in addition to sauerkraut. It is better to use coarse mustard for this salad, or as it is also called "Dijon".

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water, and then cut into slices. Potatoes drizzle with white wine vinegar, pour over with mustard sauce and stir gently. Serve the salad warm.
