Fried eggs with green peas and beans – in the summer season, you can prepare a variety of breakfasts using eggs and various vegetables. Scrambled eggs like that for breakfast are very good. The addition of cream cheese gives it lightness and saturates well at the same time. If there is no cream cheese, you can add yogurt or even kefir, but not milk. Milk makes scrambled eggs slightly rubbery.

The recipe for scrambled eggs with green peas and beans is very simple. Remove the peas from the pods; you can also use frozen peas. Chop or crush the garlic. Wash the beans and remove the tips.

Wash green onions and chop finely. Cut the green beans diagonally.

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, add prepared vegetables, garlic, onion and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Whisk eggs and cream cheese well with the addition of ground black pepper. It is necessary that the products are joint and nothing more. No need to whip until fluffy.

Add the rest of the butter to the pan with vegetables and mix. When the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture.
