The recipe for biscuit baked bananas is very simple. Beat eggs with sugar until froth. Then, without ceasing to beat, gradually add the sifted flour. Beat everything well until smooth.

Cut the banana into 12 equal slices.

Grease the muffin molds with butter, place the banana slices on the bottom and pour over the prepared dough. Bake muffins at 180°С (355°F) for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle sponge-cake bananas with ground cinnamon before serving and serve milk separately.
