Bacon and apple pancakes is a Swedish recipe, although these pancakes bear little resemblance to pancakes made in many countries. Swedish pancakes are more like an omelet.

Recipe Ingredients

Milk 500 ml
Eggs 5 pcs
Wheat Flour 180 g
Apples 2 pcs
Purple Onion 1 pcs
Bacon 150 g

Cooking Recipe

For bacon and apple pancakes according to the recipe of Swedish cuisine, from milk, eggs, flour and salt, prepare a dough without lumps. Ignite the frying pan, grease with oil, pour 1 ladle of dough and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. From this amount of dough, you should get 8-9 pancakes.

Remove the core from apples, cut into slices and fry in butter with onion cut into half rings. Arrange the apples and onions on a plate and fry the diced bacon in a skillet. After frying, transfer the bacon to apples and onions, salt and mix.

On pancakes put 1 tbsp. toppings and wrap. Serve pancakes with greens or salad.
