Corn fritters with herbs – tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Very hearty pancakes, pancakes must be served hot. Hot pepper can be used and fresh very finely chopped.

Cornmeal 75 g
Milk 125 g
Dill 3-4 twigs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for corn pancakes with herbs is very simple. Mix two types of flour, soda, sugar, salt and ground hot pepper in a bowl.

Mix milk with vegetable oil, pour into the dry mixture, add finely chopped dill and mix.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan to a height of 1.5 cm. Place cakes with a tablespoon and fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Serve fritters immediately.
