Ham pie is a Swedish recipe. Pie is good as an appetizer or as a hearty breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients

For Dough
Wheat Flour 200 g
Butter 150 g
Water 2 tbsp
For Filling
Ham 230-250 g
Chicken Eggs 2 pcs
Cream 15% 200 ml
Greens 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Swedish ham pie recipe, chop the butter with flour, add cold water and quickly knead the dough. In a baking dish, spread the dough over the entire surface and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut the ham into small cubes, finely chop the greens. Beat eggs with cream, add pepper and salt.

Prick the prepared dough in several places with a fork and place in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.

After laying out the ham, sprinkle with herbs and pour a mixture of cream and eggs. Bake Swedish ham pie at 200°C (390°F) for 25-30 minutes.
