Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 2 cups
Oat Flakes 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Eggs 1 pcs
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Recipe

For the oat flake cupcake recipe, beat eggs with sugar and butter until smooth. Combine egg mixture with flour mixture, salt and baking powder. Mix everything well, pour in the milk, and then add the cereal.

Grease a baking dish with butter or you can use a silicone mold. Put a viscous, semi-liquid dough into a mold and place in a preheated oven to 160°C (320°F).

Bake cupcake for an hour, sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
