Stuffed tomato omelette is a great find for breakfast from French chefs.

For Tomato Mixture
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 1 clove
Parsley 3-4 twigs
For the Omelette
Eggs 4 pcs
Water 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

To make a tomato stuffed omelet, you first need to cook the tomato mixture. Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add chopped garlic, salt, ground pepper and chopped tomatoes.

When the tomatoes become soft, put the greens and remove from heat.

To make the omelet, beat the eggs lightly with water, salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the hot oil.

When the edges of the omelet are curled up, but still moist, and the middle is semi-liquid, put the tomato mixture on one side of the omelet and fold the omelet. Put stuffed omelet on a plate and serve.
