Dates stuffed with mascarpone and nuts - a recipe for Italian cuisine, on one side a dessert, and on the other side an appetizer. Dates in the shape of boats filled with airy mascarpone cream, covered with a piece of walnut. Walnuts can be toasted or dried in the oven for extra crunch.

Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Walnut 6 pcs
Rum 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for dates stuffed with mascarpone and nuts is very simple. Mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Add the rum, mix with a whisk and transfer the cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

While the dates are being prepared, keep the cream in the refrigerator. Cut the dates in half lengthwise and remove the pits. This way you will get boats that will be filled. The nuts can be lightly toasted.

Fill the prepared date boats with mascarpone cream and place half a nut on top. Place the finished dates in the refrigerator for 2 hours, and then serve.
