Sabayon – the recipe for a delicious Italian dessert, sabayon is very easy to prepare and takes only 20 minutes. In addition to the main ingredients, cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom can be added to the sabayon. The sabayon dessert is served with fruit and biscuit biscuits such as savoiardi.

Recipe Ingredients

Egg Yolk 4 pcs
Sugar 120 g
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Recipe

For the sabayon recipe, beat the yolks, gradually adding sugar, salt and wine. You can also add vanilla, ground cinnamon or ground cardamom. Put the resulting mass in a water bath so that the dishes with the mass do not touch the water, otherwise the yolk may curdle.

Whisking constantly, simmer the sabayon for 10 minutes, or until the sabayon thickens and doubles in size. Ready sabayon served warm or cold with fresh fruit and biscuits.
