Cauliflower with potatoes – dish of Indian cuisine. Sauteed cauliflower with sauteed potatoes and aromatic Indian spices. This dish is served warm, but it can also be cold, the taste and aroma are not lost.

Cauliflower 300 g
Potatoes 3 pcs
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Ginger 2 cm
Garlic 6 cloves
Cilantro 1 bunch
Hot Pepper 1 pcs
Cumin 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil 4-5 tbsp

For cooking cauliflower with potatoes boil the potatoes in their skins. When the potatoes have cooled down, they need to be peeled and cut into large slices. Fry the potatoes in half the vegetable oil until lightly golden brown.

Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and, like the potatoes, fry until lightly golden brown.

In a separate frying pan in the remaining oil, fry the chopped garlic and onions. When the garlic and onion are lightly fried, add ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chili.

Wash the tomatoes, chop finely and add to the pan to the garlic, onion and other spices.

When the tomatoes are juiced, put the fried potatoes and cabbage, add salt, add chopped greens, stir and simmer on medium heat covered for 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
