Korean-style fried pork with spices – fast, tasty and inexpensive, all this can be attributed to this recipe. In Korea, hot pepper is not as hot as, for example, the same cayenne, but quite piquant. It is very rich in color and has a pleasant aroma. Thanks to this pepper, the pork dish looks very colorful and appetizing. Serve the finished pork on lettuce or perilla leaves with onion salad or pickled radish.
