Sprinkle slices evenly with a teaspoon of salt. Add chopped garlic with your fingers, evenly distributing each piece. Then add ground black pepper evenly on each slice. Sprinkle with sesame oil and evenly distribute it over each piece. Pour flour into a bowl, roll one slice of beef slices and put on a cutting board again.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg lightly with a pinch of salt. Heat a vegetable oil in a deep pan. Dip one piece into the egg mixture and immediately into the frying pan. Fry slices for 1-2 minutes on each side or until light brown. If all beef slices did not immediately fit into the pan, then before each subsequent laying of meat, the pan must be wiped well paper towel.
