Hobak chon fried zucchini – Korean food recipe, easy and simple recipe. The zucchini are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce before frying, which gives the zucchini a certain taste and aroma.

Recipe Ingredients

Zucchini 1 pcs
Eggs 1 pcs
Hot Pepper 1 pcs
Wheat Flour 3 tbsp
For Marinade
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook a fried zucchini recipe, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and vinegar. Cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick slices. Transfer to a bowl, pour over the marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, drain the marinade with the zucchini and pat dry with a paper towel. Dip the zucchini in flour and then in the egg.

Put the zucchini in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Transfer the finished zucchini to a paper towel to remove excess fat. Place fried zucchini on a plate and garnish with chopped peppers.
