For Sauce

Cooking Recipe

The fried chicken legs recipe is easy to cook. Wash the legs, dry with a paper towel and put in a bowl. Add an egg, two types of flour, starch and other ingredients there.

Mix everything well and put in heated vegetable oil. Fry the legs for 10 minutes, remove and transfer to a sieve to drain excess oil. When the oil drains, fry the chicken legs again until golden brown. Put the finished legs back into a sieve and let the excess oil drain.

While the legs are frying, you can cook the sauce. Finely chop the garlic. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, put garlic and other ingredients in a frying pan. Mix everything well and cook for 7 minutes over low heat. Transfer the fried chicken legs into the sauce and mix well so that the sauce completely covers the legs. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired, and serve hot.
