Bloody eggs is a German recipe, a simple appetizer, but for Halloween even a simple dish should look special. The coloring in the filling is beets, and the pupils are olives. Everything ingenious is simple. You can spoon the filling into the eggs, or you can transfer the cream into a pastry bag and squeeze it out.

Place the yolks, diced beets, chopped dill, capers and anchovies in a deep bowl. Using an immersion blender, puree the ingredients, add mustard, lemon juice, black pepper and red pepper. Mix everything and fill eggs, put a piece of olive in the middle.
