Mustard

Mustard – a popular sauce, which includes crushed or, less commonly, whole mustard seeds. The mustard recipe is quite simple – in addition to mustard seeds, mustard includes water, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and other ingredients. Mustard is used as a sauce and condiment for many dishes, and mustard is a component of many national recipes.
