Remoulade sauce – goes well with salted fish dishes, mainly served with rollmops. Remoulade sauce can also be served as a toast spread. The recipe for this German sauce is pretty simple and doesn't require a lot of food.

The recipe for Remoulade Sauce is very simple. Finely chop the herring fillet, chop the onion very finely, grate the cucumber and mix everything.

Serve remoulade sauce with rollmops. Also Remulad sauce can be used as a spread on toast sandwich, after chopping herring and cucumbers using a meat grinder.
