Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard 0.5 tsp
Capers 1 tbsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe for mustard sauce, boil the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks through a sieve, grind until white with mustard, sugar and salt.

Without ceasing to grind, add vegetable oil, then pour in vinegar.

Finely chop the egg white and add it to the sauce.

Then add the capers. This mustard sauce can be served with fish or seasoned with vegetable salad.
