Satsebeli is not stored for a long time, and there is no need, it is better to cook a small amount, but to be fresh.

- Tomato juice 600 ml

Satsebeli sauce recipe
To prepare a Georgian cuisine recipe satsebeli, wash the greens and squeeze out excess water. Wash hot pepper, remove seeds and septum, peel garlic. If you are not afraid of hot pepper, then the seeds can not be removed from it.
Next, prepare the prepared hot pepper, herbs and garlic in a meat grinder with medium cells. If you want a more uniform sauce, you can twist it twice or use a fine sieve. Pour hot water into the spices, mix and let stand for a couple of minutes.
Pour tomato juice, salt into the crushed ingredients and mix. Satsebeli sauce is ready, if there is no tomato juice, you can add tomato paste diluted with water or fresh twisted tomatoes without peel and seeds. The sauce is well kept in the refrigerator.
