For a recipe horseradish with beets, you first need to cook the marinade. Mix water with vinegar, salt and sugar. Boil the marinade and set aside until it cools completely.
While the marinade is cooling, scrape the horseradish root, wash and grate on a fine grater.
Peel the beets, wash and, like horseradish, grate on a fine grater.
