Tonkatsu suce – Japanese cuisine sauce recipe, the sauce is served with the pork cutlet, which is called that, it also suits all types of tempur.

Cooking Recipe
For a Japanese recipe, Tonkatsu sauce, Grate garlic and ginger. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and place over medium heat. When the sauce starts to simmer, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes. The Tonkatsu sauce should thicken to a fruit jelly. If foam forms during cooking, it must be removed.
If Tonkatsu sauce is not used immediately, it should be transferred to a glass jar and kept in the refrigerator. Stores Tonkatsu sauce for 4 weeks.
