Pear chili sauce – sauce recipe from various varieties of hot peppers, sweet pears, honey and spices. This sauce is in the style of Caribbean sauces, that is, sweet chili sauces. For the sauce, it is better to take aromatic, fleshy hot peppers, if you do not want a too hot sauce, you can add bell peppers. If honey is not suitable for your body, you can replace it with molasses or inverted syrup.

Hot Pepper 500 g
Pears 500 g
Mustard 60 g
Sugar 60 g
Honey 2 tbsp
Vinegar 9% 100 ml
Caraway 1 tsp
Ground Ginger 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook a pear chili souce recipe, wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Put the pepper on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 160°C (320°F). Bake the pepper lightly, so that it is slightly dried, about 15-20 minutes.
