Soy Sauce 5 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the Japanese Yakitori Sauce recipe, combine sake, soy sauce, mirin and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Then reduce heat and simmer until yakitori sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. If you need a very thick sauce, then you need to add a small amount of starch to it.
