Stewed seaweed with pork is a Japanese recipe, if you cannot find mirin, you can replace it with dry white wine.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Loin 150 g
Onion 1 pcs
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe
