Macaroni and cheese is one of the most common dishes in America. The pasta should be crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

Recipe Ingredients

Pasta 450 g
Milk 1.5 cups
Eggs 3 pcs
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 150-200 g
Onion 1/4 pcs
Butter 30 g
Parsley 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the macaroni and cheese recipe, boil milk, remove from heat and add breadcrumbs. Mix everything well, let the breadcrumbs soften and immediately add the grated cheese. Cover the breadcrumbs with cheese and wait for the cheese to melt.

Boil macaroni separately in salted water. Drain the water and transfer the pasta to a bowl with cheese and breadcrumbs. Add egg yolk, beaten with salt, finely chopped parsley, grated onion and melted butter. Beat the protein separately, until the state of liquid foam and add to the pasta.
