Roasted garlic mashed potatoes is a recipe for an American dish, specifically a Texan dish. They like to cook potatoes with sweet baked garlic and caramelized onions in Texas. No matter how strange it may sound, but it is very tasty, and especially as a side dish.

Recipe Ingredients

Garlic 1 head
Potatoes 1 kg
Onion 1 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Sour Cream 2 tbsp
Milk 60-70 ml
Parmesan Cheese 30-40 g

Cooking Recipe

To cook a recipe of American Cuisine roasted garlic mashed potatoes, without peeling, the garlic can simply be cloves, wrapped in foil, drizzled with 1 tbsp olive oil and wrapped. Bake garlic in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 30-35 minutes.
