Semolina biscuit - a recipe for baking, if you think that only porridge is prepared from semolina, you are mistaken.

Recipe Ingredients

Semolina 2/3 cup
Sugar 0.5 cup
Chicken Eggs 4 pcs
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Milk 1.5 cups

Cooking Recipe

For the semolina biscuit recipe, separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with sugar, beat the whites.

Pour semolina, vanilla, whipped whites into the yolks and mix gently.

Grease the form with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the semolina mixture into it. Bake semolina biscuit at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.

Then pour the semolina biscuit with milk and put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until the milk is completely absorbed.

Ready semolina biscuit cool, cut into cakes and decorate with jam berries, candied fruits or nuts.
