To prepare a recipe for Turkish cuisine quince dessert, wash the quince, peel, cut into 4 parts and remove the seed boxes.
Put the peeled and chopped quince in a deep pan, add sugar, pour water, add cloves and put on a slow fire. Cook quince, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.
Cool quince dessert, put on plates, pour over the resulting syrup and serve with sour cream.
