Squeeze small pieces of minced meat from sausages into a pan, then put carrots, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Next, add broccoli to the products in the pan, salt, pepper, mix and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

Remove the form with the dough from the refrigerator, put the prepared filling into the dough and smooth it. Mix sour cream with milk and eggs, pour this mixture over the pie. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and evenly distribute over the surface of the filling.

Bake quiche with sausages and broccoli in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes. Quiche can be served warm or cold, cut into portions.
