The dressing can be prepared in advance, but do not bake. Place it in a mold, wrap it in film and put it in the refrigerator, and when needed, bake it. Sausages 500 g
Onion 2-3 pcs
Parsley 3-4 twigs
Dried Basil 1 pinch
Dried Oregano 1 pinch
Chicken Broth 3,5 cups
Olive Oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe forsausage and herb dressingis very simple. Cut the bread into cubes that are not too large, but not small either. Toss with three tablespoons of olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the bread slices in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings, heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until transparent.

Remove the casing from the sausages, mash the minced meat and place in the pan with the onions. Add dry herbs, salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden brown.

Pour the broth over the toasted bread and let the bread absorb the broth. Add fried minced meat, chopped herbs to the bread and mix everything. Place dressing in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 200°C (390°F) . Bake until golden brown and crispy, 15-20 minutes.
