Everyone is used to the fact that almost all Belarusian dishes are made from potatoes. But "Pyashchota" cutlets are tender, juicy fish fillet cutlets.

Recipe Ingredients

Fish 350-500 g

Eggs 1 pcs
Butter 20 g
For Breading

Cooking Recipe

For the "Pyashchota" cutlets recipe, cut the fish fillet into portions and beat off, after wrapping it in a film. Cook the filling of chopped boiled egg, softened butter, salt and pepper.

Put the filling in the middle of the beaten fillet and connect the edges, giving the shape of a cutlet. Roll the prepared cutlet in breadcrumbs and deep-fry until golden brown. Serve "Pyashchota" cutlet with mashed potatoes or fried potatoes.
