Maple Syrup 4 tsp

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for maple ground pork cutlets is very simple. Place all ingredients and spices in a bowl. Mix everything well, cover with film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out the minced meat and form into round meatballs. Wet your hands in water and flatten them into cutlets, you should get 14 cutlets. Fry cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
