For the egg meatloaf recipe, mince the beef and pork, add the crumb of soaked bread and one raw egg. Salt the mince, pepper and mix well. The remaining eggs are boiled and peeled.
Roll the prepared minced meat into a cake, put the eggs and chopped greens in the middle. Connect the edges of the stuffing and form into a loaf. Put the roll on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Also brush the meatloaf with butter and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 40-45 minutes. Serve meatloaf cut into portions.
