Baked cod with lemon-parsley crust is a Moroccan recipe where the cod is marinated in a garlic-butter sauce before baking.

Recipe Ingredients

Cod 1 kg
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley 3-4 twigs
Olive Oil 0.5 cup
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp

For the cod with parsley crust recipe, fillet the fish, salt, pepper, sprinkle with grated garlic and pour 4 tbsp. olive oil. Mix everything well, distributing the marinade over the entire surface of the fish, cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Mix bread crumbs with finely chopped parsley and lemon juice. When the fish is marinated, sprinkle the fish with the mixture, place on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and place in the oven. Bake cod at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes, serve with parsley sprigs and lemon slices.
