Beef and sweet peppers tagine - a Moroccan recipe, a slight note of lemon juice greatly ennobles the taste of the liver.

For the beef and sweet peppers tagine recipe with sweet pepper, wash the liver, remove the film and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop. Fry the liver with onions in oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add paprika, salt, black pepper, hot pepper, tomato paste and pour 50 ml of water. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sweet pepper bake, remove the skin, and cut the pepper into thin strips. Transfer the chopped sweet pepper to a tagine, pour in another 50-70 ml of water, lemon juice, mix and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Before serving liver tagine sprinkle with chopped herbs, mix and serve hot.
