For the meatballs recipe, you need to mix the minced meat with all the ingredients and knead well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, arrange the shaped meatballs, and bake at 220°C (430°F) for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a separate bowl and sauté the flour. Whisking constantly, pour in milk, broth, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. The finished sauce should be similar to pancake batter. Put the baked meatballs into a bowl with sauce and mix. Serve meatballs with lingonberry jam.
