Wheat Groats 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Butter 1 tbsp
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe wheat porridge with onion and egg, pour water into a deep saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour wheat groats into boiling salted water, mix, reduce heat and cook under a lid until tender.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in oil until golden brown.

Boil eggs, peel and chop finely. When serving, put on a prepared plate wheat porridge, season with fried onions, butter, sprinkle on top finely chopped eggs and chopped herbs.
