Khanum - a recipe for Uzbek cuisine, rolls can be cooked not only for vegetables, but also for meat.

Recipe Ingredients

Water 2 cups
Eggs 1 pcs
Onion 3 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Bell Pepper 3 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Vegetable Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the khanum recipe, lightly beat the egg with water, and, gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Roll the prepared dough into a ball, cover with a napkin and set aside for 30-40 minutes. Wash, peel and chop the vegetables very finely. Wash the dill and chop finely.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, roll each part into a thin layer, put the vegetable filling in an even layer on top of the layer, salt, pepper and roll up. Also prepare rolls from the rest of the dough. Lubricate the grate of the double boiler with plenty of vegetable oil, lay out the prepared rolls and cook for 40-50 minutes.

Carefully remove the finished rolls and cut into pieces 6-8 cm thick. Serve khanum hot, sprinkled with herbs.
