Pumpkin manti - a recipe for the Uzbek dish manti with pumpkin, after cooking, grease the manti with butter.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 500 g
Chicken Eggs 1 pcs
Water 100-150 ml
Salt 1 tsp
For Filling
Pumpkin 1 kg
Onion 4-5 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe pumpkin manti, knead the dough with flour, water, egg and salt. Roll the dough into a ball, cover and let rest for 10-15 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling.

Grate the pumpkin, finely chop the onion or grate it too. Mix pumpkin, onion, cracklings, salt and pepper.

Roll out the rested dough into a thin layer, cut out squares 10 by 10 cm, put the filling in the middle of each square and pinch. Place the prepared pumpkin manti in a mantle or double boiler and boil for 30-40 minutes. When serving manti with pumpkin, grease with butter or pour over with sour cream.
