Green radish salad (Sai) – Uzbek cuisine recipe. A green radish salad is being prepared with a dressing of grape vinegar and vegetable oil. In Uzbekistan, such a salad is also called “radish for pilaf”, as it is served with pilaf.

For the Sai salad recipe, peel the radish and cut into strips. Cut the onion into thin rings and add to the radish.
Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil to the radish and onion. Mix everything and let salad infuse in the cold, and then serve with pilaf.
